Chiroso coffee from Antioquia, Colombia is known for its bright, complex flavors, with floral aromas and notes of orange. In Anzá, small farms use traditional, shade-grown methods at high altitudes, where cool weather and rich soil help develop quality coffee. This lot comes from Hoyo Rico, a farm at 2,100 meters, run by husband and wife Arnulfo and Martha. Inspired by his brother, Arnulfo started growing coffee in 2020. Together, they now focus on producing specialty coffee with care.
The coffee is washed, medium roasted, and goes through double fermentation, bringing out vibrant flavors of jasmine, caramel, orange, and maple syrup.
